I place great emphasis on crafting Shiraz from the Adelaide Hills.

The grape sources are from Kuitpo Forest and Upper Kangarilla, both areas showing rapid recognition as quality producing sub-regions.

The higher altitude and cooler growing conditions of this ancient range manifest the desirable qualities to produce this fine style of wine.

The wine is made on the top of Old Willunga Hill, overlooking the majestic patchwork of McLaren Vale’s vineyards.
